Outpatient Treatment
Therapy for mental health, substance use, or both, scheduled around your life.
What it is
Outpatient Treatment is regular therapy while you keep living your everyday life. It helps with substance use, mental health conditions, or both together, which is known as co-occurring conditions.
Sessions are scheduled around your life, and your treatment plan is built around your own goals. We see people in person at our Henderson Road office and by telehealth.
What’s included
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions focused on what you want to change.
Group therapy
Sessions with others working on similar goals.

Is it right for me?
Outpatient is where most people start. If you need more support, we may recommend Intensive Outpatient for adults or Day Treatment for children and teens. Your assessment helps decide.
